Living in the city means there is always a new restaurant or boutique to explore. Despite these amenities, the suburbs may be luring you out of the urban core.

Think about the following points.

The suburbs can be more affordable than cities. Buyers are often surprised at how much house they can afford in suburbia. However,  while you may gain square footage,

you may lose the convenience of living around the corner from your favorite cafes and entertainment spots.

If you live in a city, you are probably used to public transportation. Owning a vehicle in the suburbs is convenient, but that Freedom may be offset by the expenses you will

incur with car payments and maintenance.

A sense of community is part of the appeal of the suburbs. for many, knowing neighbors and sharing experiences is more important than the cultural and entertainment luxuries

of urban living.
