Strange Things In This Business

As a change of pace, I thought it would be fun to read about the “strangest thing” you have seen, while viewing homes or even when helping a Seller prepare their home for the market. In my 15 years, spooky encounters and all, I have to say the strangest was a homeowner who built a sauna IN THE CORNER OF THE KITCHEN. Yep! You read that correctly – the kitchen. There was a small “sun-room” that housed a hot tub and just a few steps through the door, into the kitchen, a sauna.  And no, my Buyer did NOT write an offer. However, we did have a lot of jokes, once we were outside.  Now it’s your turn. What have you seen?
